SST minis someday by Iron Wind Metals??

Does anyone know if there is a chance that Iron Wind Metals will fabricate Starship Troopers minis in the not so far future? They took over the production of VOR - the Maelstrom and Battletech minis as well as other old games which got more or less crushed over the years. Since Babylon 5 is now also produced there, maybe some chance exists to have SST produced there as well. That might at least help me to add some Grizzly Exosuits to my collection without paying $ 60 for them...

Unfortunately, no. I've spoken with Michael Noe, the pres, and the cost to renew/take over the license is more than IWM wants to take on at this point without a firm publishing company behind the game.

Kick in the eggs, literally, not bad idiom, though I do much prefer idioms that don't translate literally very well :lol:

I also perversely like the German habit of compound nouns, appeals to my engineering sensibilities.

I like to pick up snippets of languages.

I have a decent grounding in French and German (I guessed the eggs thing, but checked), used to have passable Dutch, and picked up a little Czech and Spanish over the years. I also speak Glaswegian and something that passes for English :lol:
