Spirit Magic - Practice Charms

When a spirit magic practitioner Integrates a Charm, it says on CoG2 that they are "considered to have an integrated rune."

Does this mean that

A) they get the funky Runic Power
B) can learn and cast Runic spells based on the Rune the Charm represents.

If b is true, would they gain Runecasting (Rune) or would they cast the Rune spell (Spirit spell) using Summoning as a Shaman does?

I'm not sure what to think really, as if its true I would have thought there would have been highlighted a bit more.

1) If I want a fetish, should I pay the money of the table? Or should I pay that and spend the POW?
Must I sacrifice Pow before fighting in spirit combat with the spirit?
With the spirit allies must I defeat the spirit and sacrifice POW later?
To gain a spirit ally, must I have a fetish to "convert him", or could I summon another spirit, or both options are valid?

2) On the other hand, how can I acquire the spell "create (charm)" if I haven´t a rune or charm before?

3) If a practitioner wants to learn a spirit spell, should he win a spirit combat with the practice spirit, spend the money of the table and use one point of temporal POW? From this moment should he use the charm -or rune- to do the spell all the times that he wants?

4) The charm description says that only a spiritist or pratitioner can use a charm. So how can a spirit-talker or shaman do a spell? With runes only?

5) Finally, what do I obtain exactly paying the money of the page 9 and 10?

Further reading, and understanding, has lead me to answer my own questions.

Having a charm does give you the funky Runic power as it actually does quite clearly say so "These provide the wearer witha magical bonus equivalent to an integrated rune (see page 65 if Runequest)".

But I don't think that they gain Runecasting.

To try and answer gran_orco.

1) A shaman or Spirit-Talker would do the summoning and making of a fetish (which costs no POW). The practitioner then engages in Spirit Combat . If he succeds he pays the shaman and the point of POW. If he fails he will be possessed, hopefully the shaman will be able to free him, the practicioner would still pay for the spell, but no POW and be very greatfull.

I think that both options of vaid for the spirit ally. If you wanted to "convert" a favourite fetish to a spirit ally, I think it would be first realeased, then captured by the shaman and then fought again by the practitioner.

2) "You" don't need to know create a charm. A fetish /Spirit Ally/Magic Spirit may know it and also you may learn the spell as a Spirit magic spell and thus don't need a rune or a charm (I think).

3) To cast spirit magic you use the Summon skill so no need for charm or rune. (I think)

4) I think that "only a spiritist or pratitioner can use a charm" means that only those the belong to a Practice may use charms, so anyone can't just pick one up an use it (as folks can do with a rune)

I don´t understand this answer. Could you answer me the 6th question, too, please?

Peter the Praxian has an Earth Rune and a Fire Charm.
Gerry the God Learner kills Peter. He can take and use his Earth Rune, because anyone can use Runes. He can not make use of his Fire Charm because he is not a member of the spirit cult that created it.

You only asked 5 questions! (and not having ready access to my bookes at the moment, I can't answer the 5th...)

The prices on page 9 are for fetishes (and Spirit Allies) and the list on page 10 is for learning spirit magic spells.
