Space combat range DMs

I have found the DMs for short, long, very long and distant range bands in space combat, but are there ones for close and adjacent? Also is it required that ship combat must switch to dogfighting at those ranges?

There are none.

You automatically enter dogfight.

Thanks. That's what I assumed, but I've seen some mention of other modifiers on some fantastic sites.
