Sorceror Creation Help

I am creating a level 12 Sorcorer for my game and I need help with Feats and Spells. He is a evil, I am thinking a summoner with Demonic Pact. He needs to be able to create creatures (I am using some random aberation from D&D).

Here is the problem, this will be the second game anyone in my game has played and I am worried if I work the Sorc up it will complelely eat all my prep time, so I am asking for help.

Any aid would be great, I am using a template that has the following:
Str 10
Dex 16
Con 12
Int 14
Wis 17
Cha 19

Styles: 3
Advanced Spells 10
Bonus Spells 3


I have all books except Messantia.

I don't have a 12th one ready, but you could add a couple of levels to these, give them the Permanent sorcery feat and the other stuff to make them monster-makers:
