I assume we can install several Solar Generators on the same ship and get more attacks? It's listed as a Special Weapon, not a Spinal and not using Hardpoints.

Are they part of the hull, like a special hull option? Do the pulse emitters require crew? Do they occupy hardpoints, or are they separate altogether from weapons and not taking hardpoints at all? Could damage be multiplied by the number of multiples of high efficiency batteries used as capacitors, e.g. if you have enough batteries to store 8000 Power, would the SPG generate a pulse that causes 5DD x 40 damage?
I have got a serious HG design going on for a Big Darn Ship, SPG and a Super Laser Spinal Weapon, and I honestly feel like I'm twelve years old. I should be drawing the deck plans in coloured pencils. Say the words, "Super Laser Spinal Weapon," and try not to smile.
I'm not sure on the size but I think it should be limited to one per hull, it sounds like a grid in the hull to me and there's only so much surface area to be used.
