Can raider ships sub out the Delta Flights for breaching pods?

Would i have to spend an extra patrol point?

My reason for asking is that putting 6 Breaching pods on a battlewagon would be hard, since it only has 4 troops...

It'd be especially hard, seeing as Battlewagons only have four Delta-V flights. :wink:

You can't swap the last two Delta-V flights for breaching pods if you don't have enough troops.
