Signs & Portents Missing Issues

I recently purchased and downloaded several issues of Signs & Portents from DriveThruRPG. However, a few of the issues I'm trying to find are missing. I contacted Mongoose Publishing but was told that these issues were accidentally deleted several years ago.

Would anyone have a PDF copy of any of the following issues: 40, 21, 22, 23.

I have managed to track down several of the missing issues on archive.org, but not the ones I need.
