Signs and portents Elric scenrios?

I've been looking at creating some mini-scenarios (I was discussing this earlier in another forum here)m I'm not sure what the requirements are, I guess there's a thread somewhere that deatils that (will have a look).

I don't have any problem creating some scenarios, it's the maps and stuff I'm not very good at, but I'll give it a go.

I've a couple more submissions on the Ed's desk detailing areas of the area north of the Sighing Desert of a similar in length to the Children of Xiombarg piece that was printed this year. These include scenario seeds and new creatures and a resourceful GM can attempt to mesh a few of these scenario threads together to produce a campaign.

There are some bizaare stuff in MMs work to try rationilize and expand on .. ( I wonder if Loz will return to the Haghan'iin ). My version of the Alofian's decided they were warlike, and as Xiombarg is a God/dess of sexual ambiguity in the saga, he/she seemed an ideal candidate as diety of a 'savage' people. I tried to avoid having them as comic she/males in drag and avoided going into detail on the 'plumbing'.

My type of the Alofian's determined they were warlike, and as Xiombarg is a God/dess of sexy ambiguity in the saga, he/she appeared an perfect nominee as diety of a 'savage' people.

I'm not sure about this, but I don't think you have to worry overmuch about stuff like that as they would generally give that out to proper cartographers based on hand-drawn maps and/or art direction in the text.

New Elric material would be cool. On the top of my list are cults which are omitted from the RQII version of Cults of the Young Kingdoms. Cult book gives the impression that these were supposed to be published as separate supplement or as S&P article. I don't have MRQI version of the cult book and I've been hoping that at some point we will get stats of the societies of Quarzhasaat, so I could use those in my campaign. Details of Mereghn (MRQI version) I got from earlier S&P article, but I wouldn't mind seeing updated version, because converting material from the ruleset which I don't have is sometimes bit tricky.

Converting the MRQ1 stuff isn't difficult. The major differences are general in nature, ie. Combat Styles replace individual weapons and shields, no Reactions and so on, I think Ca's are calculated a little differently, but I'm not sure about that. The magic system is the same but more detailed in the MRQ2 version and there is possibly more background info. That's about it really.

Combat Actions in MRQ I are based only off DEX.

so just look at the DEX and average it with the INT to get MRQII CA's, simples!

I'm hoping to pitch for writing more Elric material when S&P is running again. Possibly a couple of scenarios ,one based in the City of the Pearl Kings and the other in the Xanardwys Valley.
