I made these ship cards to help while playing VaS - a few ideas snatched from other cards and in the style of Axis and Allies Miniatures where all the information is held on the card

Print out at 100%, cut, fold and place into standard card sleeves (they are slightly taller to give an exposed tab to pull on while pulling out to mark off the damge boxes on the reverse - write Critical Hits, Fires and Damage in the space on the reverse also).
Open the tabs at the bottom to see other sheets
Use your own or pix downloaded from the net ( I use AAM ships and proxy hence the strange ship photos)
Made in Open Office but saved in excel format so hopefully you can all open them correctly.
