Shadow Campaign Questions

Couple of questions I probably overlooked in the book. First, do Shadow ships regenerate their fighters if those fighters are destroyed. Secondly, I thought I recalled Shadows ships being able to have all there fighters deployed at the start of a battle. Finally, I am sure I am wrong but do Shadow ships ignore any critical that affects crew. By this I mean that any critical that does damage and affects crew has no efffect.

Any help would be appreciated.

They completely ignore Crew crits and ignore the crew damage from any other category of crit.

I don't actually think they get the fighters back, after they die (and they will) you will have to pay to replace them.

They can start the game with 1 deployed and then deploy 1 per turn afterwards[/quote]

A slight clarification on Ragewinds post. Per a ruling by Matt the damage to crew is ignored but Shadows (and Vorlons) can still suffer the damage and crit effects on the Crew Critical Table.

Shadows do not regenerate fighters for free. They have to pay to replace them like everyone else.

Any Shadow ship that has a fighter dispersal tube, can start a scenario with all its fighters deployed on the table. No matter what the scenario rules say. See page 137 of the fleet book, "Fighters" section.

Well almost everyone anyway.

*looks at Gaim special rule for fighter and breaching pod regeneration*
