This is an adventure from Necromancer Games which was released in last December. I didn't buy it yet and just had a glimpse but it is a mini-campaign based on Lovecraft's Color out of space.
If anyone has it and played it he is welcome to tell me if it may be easily converted to Conan.

Haven't read it myself, but the book has its own discussion forum where you may try asking (and very likely get a response from the author himself, Michael Proteau):

Yes I already read the discussion in the forum (thanks to your giving me the link for Coils of Set) and there is a preview from Drivethrurpg.com. But it is hard for people used to high fantasy setting to understand sword & sorcery.
I mean that if the power of clerics and wizards are much needed in an adventure, it is probably hard to convert to Conan.
