You could try some web store who might have them as preorder and not yet up the price.

Alas, we're already too late it seems, so I'll just consider ordering when they're released. It's not as if I don't already have my hands full with my current fleets...

It would have been nice to have some warning on the price increases for Kzinti and Gorn too. I wasn't going to pre-order until more of my previous preorders showed up (cough... Romulan Fleet, Kzinti Squadron, Cloaked Romulans... cough).
