Sensors types

The ships are listed with sensor types of "Civilian grade" or "Military grade" but I haven't been able to find in the rules what this means exactly. Also in the Spacecraft Operations chapter it mentions specific kinds of sensors like visual, IR, etc. How does that relate to the "grades" that we see in the actual ship descriptions?

This omission is still in.

There is no place in CRB where it states which sensors contain what. Also, I couldn't find in any place to be stated that EM sensors are included in every suite.
