hi all, we have decided that due to the amount of pre-sales for a model of the btr-t apc in our 15+ club we are going to make on in 20mm scale, so the next question is, has anybody seen or have any 3 view drawings for it?
i have searched for several weeks on various sites but have found nothing that is any good.

I already did an extensive search for this (and the T-95) not too long ago. Best I've found is the wikipedia page and the links from it (you get 3/4 front and an angled top view that shows the infantry hatches plus it's dimensions). Most of the others just duplicate the images you can get from there. A google image search only really shows front and side views, no idea what the back looks like although it's probably identical to the T-55 (as the BTR-T doesn't have rear hatches for the infantry, just the top ones). Also, the Mongoose variety uses the 30mm/AGS-17 version of the turret.

There might be Russian military sites that give a better look at it, but my local library doesn't allow access to them.

BMP-4 / BTR-T
Russia's latest attempt at a tracked APC is the BMP-4/BTR-T [BMP = Boyevaya Mashina Pyekhota - Infantry Fighting Vehicle / BTR-T = Bronyetransporter-Tyazhelyy - Armored Transporter -Heavy]. It is a modified T-55 chassis with a similar turret to the BTR-80A. The configuration is based on lessons learned in Chechnya, where very heavy losses were inflicted on thin-skinned BMPs and BTRs. In response, this heavy, more survivable APC was designed for improved service in city fighting for possible use by specialized formations trained for urban warfare. It is unclear if the BTR-T will be produced for the Russian Army or for export only. This vehicle, which is too slow to keep pace with modern tanks, is unsuitabile for maneuver warfare though it mighte find applications in mountainous regions. (global security)

There is a conversion kit for 1/35 T-55s made by Real Model (RM35097) which has 3-view pictures of the finished model on the box if that's any help.
