Run Silent! and Stealth 2+

Hello,
Drakhs do have a refit called Stealth:

Stealth: The ship gains a +1 bonus to its Stealth trait. If it does not have the Stealth trait, it gains Stealth 2+.

When a ship with trait Stealth 2+ is given Run Silent SA it gains +1 to it's stealth, making it 3+. Before the upgrade it was 4+. It seems that Stealthy 2+ ships are less stealthy then non-stealthy ones... Am I missing sth?

That's a good point. Personally I would house rule it that the 4+ stealth is the minimum score granted from Run Silent before other any modifiers from other sources are applied.
