rules/guidelines for online games section of forums?

I was curious who runs the online games section of the forums? I didn't see any FAQ threads or anything and wasn't sure where to post my question.

I ask because I'm going to be playing RuneQuest as a summer PBP using Yahoo groups. Just curious how a PBP gets set up here in case in might be an option.

I'm not sure how to set it up here, but you'd probably have to email or pm one of the main moderators (Mongoose Old Bear or msprange). Alternatively, MythWeavers have a really good set of tools to manage online games (though not completely RuneQuest related). The link goes to the RQ arena game being set up.

Another good site for online games is Roleplay Online.

I don't know who administrates the PbP games either...
