' Signs and Portents quote issue 47 RPG:
See the big, shiny picture below? That’s the cover to the extremely limited-edition RuneQuest Sláine – in colour. That’s right: all that
lush Clint Langley art in high-res colour, wrapped around one of the best RuneQuest interpretations we’ve produced to date.'
Given my recent post lamenting the downgrading of RQ Slaine rpg in its B&W only format - here I am told you can get RQ Slaine in colour but only if you happen to win a competition...
Mongoose I sincerely urge you - make RQ Slaine available in colour - to make RQ Slaine available in only B&W is I find very dissapointing. In fact I feel strangely cheated even quite insulted by this lack of choice as a customer. I would have paid double the B&W cost for a sumptiuos full colour version as I value my books as attractive items to read in themselves - all that artwork with its life through colour denied...a great shame - please think again on this appraoch - you have your own print shop - use it!
Winning a free colour slaine book would have been a good competition prize but making the only one ever to be available as such is simply very goading annoying to a slaine fan...why limit your income base in this way?
damn it make it a pdf and I'll get it printed myself!!!
