How good A Leader would you suggest A Admiral whose Dad's A Duke that I generated for a laugh cos I was bored when she has Leadership /2 with A +3 Social Scale DM, Tactics -Naval and Pirate Hunting both /1 with A +2 Edu DM, Pilot Spacecraft /2 with A -1 Dex DM and Melee -Blade /1 with A +0 Str DM

Piloting and swordsmanship have little to do with leadership unless the admiral has some exploits people talk about.

Elsewise, this person has some good bonuses that should suggest in-game effects. Leadership seems to have some high bonuses so the rules suggest this person can lead well. And apparently some relevant experience or knowledge that will help. You can get all that from the rules.

Now, if you want a discussion of what leadership really means, I suggest you do some reading. Colonel Dandridge Malone published a good book on the subject.
