According to schedule it should be released sometime before Monday. Not that I've noted any rigorous adherence to such a thing though.

This book was delayed slightly as we wanted to alter a few bits and pieces in the manuscript. However, it will be going off to print very soon, and you'll be seeing it very soon now.
