Robots in the Trojan Reach

The Pirates of Drinax book on the Reach has some nice 2e Traveller entries for robots, but I'm interested in a couple of stats like "Hits" or "Programming." Are these based on the Vehicles system?

Programming is how smart the robot is.

Hits are simply hit points.
