I read on page 124 in the WR book, that team members get 200 x their current level as bonus XP for each successful mission assignment.

So for example in campaign 0, they get bonus XP for successful mission assignment 0.1 ... 0.2 ... and so on. Correct?

I wonder, because if they reach level 10, they just get 2000 XP for solving a mission assignment.

I am currently running the mission 0 out of the book and when they finish an assignment section i give them 200 to divide amongst the group. So this week we had 5 guys which means they each get 40xp for doing the job. Not much but it helps power them up a little bit.

I agree with Amrowe1999, give the bonus to the team and not each character. So a team of five will get 40 x their current level each and a team of four would get 50 and so on.
