Request for information, three questions

I am after a little guidance on three questions;
1. What are the stats for Chirpers?
2. What are the stats for the Llellewyoly?
3. If, as the core book says, Hivers have no way of producing vocal sound (even though they have ears), how do they communicate in circumstances where they cannot see the other Hiver? Clapping or clicking tentacles?

Many thanks in advance.

Well that depends, on the "phone" they probably use something along the lines of texting.... Out and about they probably turn their Voder's volume up. In a pinch they probably couple use a tool to tap/slap out a message...

I've not seen a character generation set of rules.

The only 'statted' dandelion I've seen is Exceedingly Discreet, from Secrets Of The Ancients, which was 4849B4

So, are we talking about Str 1d6, Dex 3d6, End 1d6, Int 1?

I'd go with 1d3-2 for Int. They can speak to humans coherently so some of them have at least a 3 Int, IMO. I'm not sure they would have a Psi rating though. Their ability to cloud minds seems to be a racial innate ability regardless of their age.

Chirpers should have a PSI rating, their Cloud Minds trick IS a PSI ability, although I don't know if it was ever detailed; it has always been more of an NPC ability.
