Really Dumb Question Regarding Replacement Parts

I got a huge Centauri order in today (1 down, 2 to go!) and I took some time to look over all my pieces. Most of it is here (missing 2 Kutai), but one thing is that the Adira center piece hull, it's missing a good chunk out of the back end. It looks like it was ripped off while it was still soft.

My question is, will MGP replace this for me, or is it up to my meager sculpting skills to repair this? Second question is, who do I contact regarding this, since I am in the US? Would it still be Matt?

What about those panic buys that ship post March 31st? Will Mongoose replace any defective or missing parts after then as well? I know I have a metric crap load of minis coming and I don't know that I will get them all prior to March 31st. I've started getting stuff and everything is good now, but what about those later purchases?
