Races of Glorantha

Would anyone recommend getting RQ1 books on Mostali and Aldryami as there is going to be no chance of a future Races of Glorantha volume 2??


How do these compare to RoG vol 1 in terms of information, background and cults?

Good question, I'm considering this myself. This could in fact be a boon for FLGSes if it helps them clear their shelves of previously unsellable MRQ1 Glorantha books! I think Spirit Games in Burton had quite a few last time I was there, I might swing by again some time soon.

I've found them all worthwhile - even the duck one.

The Mostali book is my favorite, but then again, I could never stand Gloranthan elves.

I have bought some MRQ1 books, for information, and inspiration. I guess these should have been alot the same if they had come out as MRQII books. It's the rules that would differ I guess.

If you can find the old Avalon Hill Boxed set : Elder Secrets

I would jump on that.

Ive got them. It was really 2nd Age background and MRQ rules I was after..
