Nice, especially for One Closed Eye cultists... page 73, "Skills - Common Skills - All skills are taught. Advanced skills - ..., all Lores, all Languages" +10% to all lore skills and all languages? There's a lot of them...

I would guess it means +10% for all lore and language skills the character possesses.
