Really enjoyed the campaign, many great and not so great one liners were uttered. Heres two that said out for me.

Kennyboy (I think) to LBH - We live for the one, you die for the one, who then managed to get taken to VP's by LBH so not that accurate.

Greg to LBH ( LBH just F*&% @&f) during a moment of tactical advice from LBH to Greg.

I'm sure there are more so fire away.

Chandler (Minbari) vs. Digger (Narn) who destroys a ship with a very lucky beam roll (8+ Dice)!

"Hah - The inferior race fires. . . . . . . .Oh"

 

[Clanger]

The funniest was Greg to LBH in the last game. Greg destroyed Desiels shields on the Shadow Ship. LBH was meant to try and pin it. No LBH shot the Shadow Omega instead.

Greg was not happy and I wish I could remember the exact words.

Greg to Chandler after Chandler lost his Tinashi in the last game:

"Don't bring a Battle Level ship to a War Level game."

It was still pretty accurate... LBH lost his Tara'Lin and 5 out of 6 White Stars (the 6th being crippled and heading toward the edge of the board) when time was called!
I had lost a Raid level Vree saucer and 2 out of 4 of my White Stars; leaving me with 2 WS, 2 Vree Skirmish ships AND my WS Carrier... it was hardly a close game! :shock:

But, in the black and white reality of things... yes, I WAS taken to VP's by LBH... (Even though it was something like 45 to 15!)

I think my best lines of the weekend happened when I was slightly intocicated in the indian:

'wow that hot redhead is stalking me' (at million decibels)

And to Ben (not Diesel the other one):

'So man, you have a sister? Is she hot? You know, I mean on a scale of one to ten...'

And LBH being called a numpty was also classic...

It was funny, in my defence I have never fought 2E Shadow fighters before, in fact apart from Mongoose tourneys, I have only ever done about half a dozen demo games, 2 games with Pauly_D the week before the first ACTA tourney, and Gencon the year SFOS came out.

My inexperience of actual play explains partly how bad I am.

Not crippled, just checked my notes, the IAS Antilles was on 8 Damage and 10 Crew, you'd barely scratched him :lol: But that is a minor point in the overal trumping I received.
