quick vassal update

hey guys just a quick update as i was informed the shakara was at the wrong PL. also the troligan currently in vassal is the S&P one which most people ban so this variant has the SFOS one back in alongside it.

Katadder - vassal is currently listing the Vorlon Light Cruiser as Hull 5 instead of hull 6, but then I notice that it is hull 5 everywhere except for in Armageddon. Did I miss an update?

yes it was a typo in Armageddon, should be 5
