Netherill is not the only magic filled supplement. Flynn's Guide to Magic in Traveller and Worlds Apart have magic systems using the Traveller ruleset.
Right now, I'm still trying to feel out interest in fantasy careers. A magic system is on the table, but I'd rather find out if there is interest first.
