Hi,
I am new to Traveller and I rolled up some characters for testing-purposes.
And I got two questions.
1) I got my character into the Navy-career and I got the skill "Pilot".
If I understand it correctly, this would mean I note down "Pilot (specialization) 1". Correct?
Then I rolled "Pilot (small craft)".
Would this mean that I have now:
Pilot (specialization) 1
Pilot (small craft) 1
and if I decided for Pilot (small craft) in my first roll, I would have now "Pilot (small craft) 2"?
2) I got a character into the Agent-career and rolled the event where I roll on the Rogue or Citizen-event table. I used the Rogue-table and now I am wondering how some stuff works together with the Agent-career
a) in the Rogue-Event table the character can get arrested. What happens to my agent? Nothing?
b) In the Rogue-Event table a crime can pay off and as a Rogue I would get a DM+2 to a benefit roll and the victim as my enemy (and there's also the event where I can get a DM+4 on a benefit-roll or an ally…). Do I get the DM+2 on the Agent-benefit-table then or how does this work?
c) What would happen if I do the legendary crime which would promote me as a rogue. Nothing?
