This will all depend on the full set of rules, but I'm thinking i could have some electronic decoys on some attakhan fighters (the 2+ dodge ones) leading my Martyrs into battle. So the more important fighters reach to target. Previously the Martyrs were a bit too slow and easy to kill for many to reach the target.

A preview for these is in one of the back issues of Signs & Portents (forget the number). May have changed, of course.

I contacted Holistic directly and Chris Wiese tells me

We have seen the second draft of the hard copy book but not the final. I
expect that we should be getting that shortly.

That sure doesn't sound like the holdup is at Holistic's end, Matt. What's up with that? You got a communications issue there? Final draft of the pdf version sitting in a spam folder somewhere, or unsent in drafts?

There has been a comms issue yes - we have been sending Holistic a steady stream of models and texts, and they appear to have disappeared into the void. This has now been resolved, and Holistic have started reviewing the book. We hope to have approval quite soon.

In other news...

Two brand new Noble Armada ships are on their way to our office right now. They will spend all of five minutes here before being sent off to paint and off to moulds.

We are trying a new prototyping process and it is looking very good (lightning fast turnaround). All going well, expect a veritable avalanche of Noble Armada. I'll keep you all updated with both previews and dates as soon as I have them.

There has been a comms issue yes - we have been sending Holistic a steady stream of models and texts, and they appear to have disappeared into the void. This has now been resolved, and Holistic have started reviewing the book. We hope to have approval quite soon.

And how long has this been going on? Chris got back to me within 24 hours, and I was a nobody using the contact form from the Holistic website, not the largest licensee of one of his IPs. From reading other forums dealing with Holistic, that level of responsiveness appears to be the norm. Didn't a lack of responses for more (possibly much more) than two weeks to "a steady stream of models and texts" suggest that a follow-up effort was needed? Even if the internet was rampantly devouring all your communications, a simple phone call would have established that there was a problem that needed fixing.

It was a technical issue - it has now been resolved.
