question for 2E play testers

Its probably more like interceptors in that the AF defences can be overwhelmed by numbers...............It was mentioned elsewhere that the White Stars retain their vulnerbility to fighters and Lack a fleet Escort - although they have access to other fleets like the Minbari one............

I just think it is kind of funny how we see the EA Starfuries whipping butt on a regular basis on the show, but in the game, fighters die horrible deaths.

half the time starfuries are only fighting raiders anyway. occasionally they fight each other so sure they kick ass, but each others :) then there is the very rare occasions where they have to go after something besides the above mentioned.

i think the problem is that there are too many anti-fighter weapons - fighters die too easily, fighters should be able to dodge more weapons than they currently can.

have you seen fighters in show. they never seem to dodge, just get blown away by cap ships main weapons. only thing that ever seems to dodge in show is the whitestar.
there actually are not many anti-fighter weapons left in 2e, most having been integrated into a ships AF grid, however ships like whitestars etc still have the AF capability. although normally you can stay out of range until you can get behind as fighters move last anyway.

Hey since EA doesn't really get a Armageddon ship save the Excalibur, which I bet costs a Armageddon point and a raid point for the CO,

Which CO would that be, Sheridan never commanded a VCD for the EA, Hmm, I wonder if they'll stat up Gideon?

hmm, I never picked up on them being renegade, as it was after the creation of the ISA, I thoguht that all clarks crew, and the rebels had all returned to EA command, and they were a shakedown crew for the ship.
I suppose I may have to watch it again now

I did not realize his crew was renegade. I thought they were standard EA.

They were standard EA, until their captain took them AWOL to go to Babylon 5 based on his, no doubt Technomage induced, dream.

You make it seem as if the techomages are evil.

The aren't are they? :?

So what kind of initiative penalty will the Gaim have?

Do I? I merely extrapolate that since it was Galen who gave Sheridan his dream sequence that he also did it for the other parties concerned.

I do not know why, but the Gaim fleet list is one thing I am looking most forward to. With my luck it will be a new rendition of the Raiders.

I know all is hush-hush, but can Gaim be combined with other league fleet?
