After reading the Earth Alliance book and Psi Corps book again I have gotten interested in the darker side of Humanity during Clarke's reign. Anyway, is there anything in the season guides like Coming of the Shadows or Point of No Return that talk about Bureau 13 or the Ministry of Peace or Omega X Shadow Destroyer?
