Query on Silent Killer

Quick query on the benefit from this talent (p114) - it says the Hero "may now take a Shoot and Melee actions" - is this correct that the Hero can shoot then melee after using special action to activate stealth then one to activate Silent Killer or should it be Shoot or Melee??

You only get one action once activated - Shoot or Melee.
