Psionic Strength Limit

According to the Core rules, all human characteristics are limited to 15 un-augmented. The Psionics section does not limit the PSI characteristic. Is there an errata which spells out the upper limit, is there no upper limit, or is the characteristic limited to 15 for humans, just like all of the other characteristics.

Any help / opinions would be welcome.

Use the 15 limit, since it applies to ALL human attributes, which seems pretty clear that it applies to Psionics too. Other races may have higher or lower maximums. Augmented limits could be higher of course.

Most other versions of Traveller have a 15/F limit on characteristics, including Psionic Strength Inidcator/PSI/whateveritscalledtoday.
