If I add a Psi judge to my force as a mercenary, she'll have the standard 4 psi points, but am I right in saying that she won't actually have any Psi talents? So, if that's the case, is there any real benefit to using a standard Psi judge as a merc for your force? It's possible I've misunderstood the rules here though!
