Unfortunately those wonderful rock-cut chambers in Cappadocia (Photos above) are not earlier than Late Roman.

Regarding the Gobekli Tepe "menhir-like stones" in your link....that's another story, a Neolithic one! (unless REH's Hyborean Age was real...)
