Hiro, if you have time to kill, you might touch up my Whiskey Outpost card with new stats. Here is how I figure it (and that doesn't mean it's perfectly correct!)-
Each of the three outer walls consists of two wall sections each, measuring 5.5" high (rounding to 6") by about 9" laterally. A total of six wall sections at a cost of 30 points each gets us 180 points. I consider the raised interior main floor to consist of two side-by-side platforms (2x 50 equals 100 points). The com tower is a platform as well as the Reliant tower (again, 2 x 50 equals 100 points). I'll consider the large hexagonal structure to be a command bunker, at 100 points. The smaller structures I'll consider "tents" and thus have no protection or other value (0 points).
Thus, the basic fort structure will cost 380 points. The bunker is optional at an additional 100 points, but I'd suggest costing the fort with the "historical" duo of Twin Fifty Reliants at 60 points each, for a total cost of 120 points. Thus, the completed fort with Reliant defenses in place will cost 500 points, and again mentioning the option of adding a bunker at 100 points as a place for the generals to fall back to (heh).
Although others may come up with a different mix, I feel this is a fair calculation of the structure. Before the Army book came out, I had the cost at over 1500 points (yikes!) last year when I first built it. With the addition of an optional ammo dump as well (what I have in the compound now along with the bunker), the total cost would be 650 points. I'll say thanks ahead of time for any feedback or discussion, but I'm fairly set on my opinion  .
