fleet lists though are freely available on the downloads page and on a few fan sites
no problems involved

But as I said, I have no intention of buying the MI or Arachnid books but all I or anyone else need do is trawl through this thread and get all the free troop info we need!

Wait, do you play Skinnies? Cause if you do, then I am wrong, you shouldn't have to buy the books for the other races, but if you don't, then everything I said still stands.

Sorry Dr Rooster, but maybe you can get Hiromoon to email them to you, as long as you don't post them.

You don't seem to grasp this....

I could if I wanted to NOT buy an MI or Arachnids book (I've got figures for both) and start a full army just by using Hiromoon's stats, no problem

However you won't put up Skinnies stats for that same reason.... :roll:

I think that the MI players and Bug players would buy the books all the same because probably playing for some time now, but what if some smart guy came andfound this, then say "Hhhmm, maybe I don't need the book, I can just use these cards. Wow I just saved 20 dollars!" Then that 20 would multiply into a lot cause that guy would tell some of the other Skinnie player about it. That could lead to a couple thousand dollars of products for MP. I am sorry, but I was thinking for the good of the company. Lets hear what Hiromoon has to say, I mean, he is the one that will be either posting them or not.

AAARGHHHH you're not listening to me!
you're assuming that all MI and Bug players already have books! don't you think there will be NEW players coming to this game and thinking "hmm I can just use these rather than buy MI and Bug books"

If Mongoose was worried they'd have denied Hirooon permission.

Likewise there are at least 3 of us on the ACTA forum hosting the fleet lists as free downloads!
 
Not really, since I don't put on how many of a unit you can field at the different PL levels....you can find the stats, but that's pretty much it..Heck, I'll go redo them so all the rule notes are gone if that's what it takes.

I understand that it will happen to all of the races, but it would happen to skinnies more because it probably doesn't have as large of a loyal fan base for that type of army. Sorry to make you so angry. :oops:

Sorry for being a hot head, I'm actually not angry at all, but you need to realize that this isn't hurting mongoose; I know this because mongoose gave Hiro permission to do this in the first place. Just let him make these cards.

I know your trying to help but in reality your only getting in the way.

Hiro, please tell me you're not going to make me wait another month to see your cards! :cry:

again you're making an assumption!

Mongoose actually posted as part of the free tournament rules the Dilgar back in January
this was before the book was released! there was no talk of "the dilgar are new so don't have a loyal fan base and no one will now buy the book!"
 
I am sorry, but I can't interview every bug and MI player, but I am hoping that they will help MP by buying the book even though these cards are out. Don't get me wrong Hiromoon, but I think that some people will use them for the wrong reasons.

but you are effectively "interviewing", as you put it, every Skinnie player/would be player and tarring them with a brush with which you will not tar MI or Arachnid players

Ya, in 40k, basically everyone has every codex because you can d/l all of them online in pdf form. Now, how many army books would MGP sell if not only were these cards available, but they were available through the MGP website?

-Warcheif
-Militia
-Soldiers
-Raiders

And I got the next done for the Roughnecks:
-Lt. Razak
-Sgt. Brutto
-Cpl. Doc
