Procedure for Acquiring PDFs of Mongoose Publishing Books That Are Bought Elsewhere

Is it possible to get PDFs of hardcopy Mongoose Publishing books (particularly Traveller) bought at brick and mortar stores? If it is, what is the procedure for doing so? Do we need to send a copy of the sales receipt in an email?
