Post Graduate & Flight School

I see that the University and Military Academy made it into the Core Rule Book this time around, but also see that some form of advanced education did not. While I think Flight School and Medical School are a little too specific, maybe a more generic type of post graduate study would be useful. Another term spent to bump up your skills gained in university from 1 and 2, to 2 and 3, and if you successfully graduate from the masters program at the end of this 4 year term you bump them up to 3 and 4? Oh and everyone has to call you Doctor.

So I was thinking about the explanation give of "For example, a Traveller with Medic 1 may be a paramedic or nurse, while another Traveller with Medic 2 might be a doctor."

That means that if the "UNIVERSITY" option included medic in the list a character could be a doctor using the rules as they are now. :wink:
