Hello.
I wonder: During the careers and even within the scope of Benefits Player Characters may earn additional points for their Characteristics depending on how they role on the specific career or benefit tables.
The Post Career Education does not offer rules on how to evolve Characteristics during the gameplay.
How do you treat this situation? Do some or even all of the Referees out there simply apply the skill-advancement rules during Post Career Education accordingly on Characteristics development? Or do you simply accept that this is not possible, because the rules do not cover such an evolution of a Characteristics? If neither, do you allow your Players to train their Characteristics (all of them or just some?) and, if so, then how?
