Can people give me their views on these?
debating about getting them for my MI, but a bit concerned as they are listed as 25mm :?:

Before you sink some big bucks into a dropship, take a look at this first.

A cheap alternative for a drop ship.

I've got the Crow Lander to be a Slingshot. It looks great. The top of a Powersuit trooper's head is level with the wing end. The scale looks Ok. (You'd struggle to fit 20 size 1 models into it - but then you struggle to get 5 space marines in a Rhino)

I've also bought two Armed Splinters to be Thunderbolts. I just waiting for some UAV bombs to arm them.

One thing I did find. Superglue set almost instantly on them and bonds VERY strongly. There is no time to realign parts by sliding them into position. Old Crow delivered just over a week.

My Skyhooks are from Scotia-Grendel (bought from Wargamesworkshop). It claims to be 28mm but is actually smaller than the Old Crow model (comparing details such as windows/doors).

Ahh, hte Corvus. I use 2of these. about 10 years ago at a liqiudation outlet around here, they were selling a rather large amount of these for $5 CDN a piece.found them in a box about 6 months ago and started using tehm as proxies for.... Skyhook, or whichever the drop boat is.
