Pocket vice full rule book

I've pre-ordered Klingon and Federation fleet boxes from The Warstore. These come with a 'pocket rulebook'.

What are the differences between the full and pocket versions?

Do the pocket versions have the ship stats for the ships included in the fleet boxes?

The pocket rulebook includes;
Basic rules required to play
One sampe page of advanced rules
One scenario
Fleet lists for The Federation, the Klingons, and the Romulans.
Fleet lists include all ships for those empires, but non of the fluuff and pictures included in the whole rulebook.
