Pencil Recreation of John Buscema’s Pinup from SSoC #17
This is my favorite of All John Buscema Art.
I wanted to draw this for a long time started and dropped twice before.. A recent discussion of Recreations in Comicart-L group inspired me to try again.
I tried my best to bring it as close to the original.
I wonder is there any particular story behind the original.. It looks somewhat different from his usual comic art and I wish he drew many others like this.

I like Big John inking himself, and your repro is very true to the original, but what's the point? I prefer your original drawings.

There is a market for recreations and I love to recreate great artists... actually that's how I started drawing comics and learn how to draw..as a highschool science student... I still learn by doing that.
