I just bought and downloaded the PDF and when I try to view the last two pages (177 and 178) I get the error message "There was an error processing a page. Wrong operand type". I'm using Windows 7 and Acrobat Reader.

Works fine on my copy on Win7 using Foxit Reader. Page 176 is the last regular page, page 177 is the back cover anyway, so you aren't missing much. *Update*: Just tried Acrobat Reader 9.3 and I get the same thing. Acrobat becomes unusable once it's happened as well so I can see how this would be annoying. Try Foxit.

Cheers, bought and downloading now! - having the PDF means I can extract bits out for my adventures and print only what i need at the yime - I am enjoying reading the hard cover book also

Yep Adobe Pro doesn't like those pages much easier.

Just purchased my PDF–amazing work! One question, is there a map for Pavis included? I've seen mention of one in the inside cover in the forums, but my copy seems to be missing one.

You're right, I hadn't noticed before, but the map is missing!
