Parry/Dodge quick question

Okay, I’m sure this question has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn’t find it, even after reading through the “Compiled Answers.”

It’s a mistake that the formulas under Parry and Dodge do not include Strength or Dexterity modifiers, right? I mean, they're on the character sheet, so shouldn’t they work out to:

10 + Parry/Dodge bonus (from class) + Str./Dex. modifier + size modifier + Misc. modifiers (such as feats, etc.) ?
