Painting question

What is the best way to pain Narn ships? What makes a good base color? I can't really tell if the main body of the G'Quan is red or orange or a mix of the two. What colors work best and how does it work best to do the detail?

That is a rather tricky one. There were never any physical models for the B5 ships made for the show so the colours on screen depended on the lighting. As such there is no "correct" colour for any of the vessels. Paint your ships how you would like them to look. For Narn, any colour from orange through to crimson would work well.

Try and get a look at the SFOS counter set or even a look at one of the freeware PC games doing the rounds (The Babylon Project has a ship viewer).

I have some reds ones for Red Fleet from the Narn source book & Green Fleet which apparently is their defensive fleet. Waiting for the space station & defense sats to come out to complete Green fleet.
