Ordering Vorlon Transports :S

Well, it's a bit annoying in that the website shows you get 2 vorlon transports. (It also shows the parts for the old vorlon transport underneath, confusingly enough).
It's not too much of a bother because the 'old' one matches my existing models, and I only really needed 1 extra for May. But by the same token, it's not what I thought I was ordering, either in size or in quantity!

I think the likely answer is that Mongoose still have stock of the old transport and have never renumbered the blisters so that a lowly employee, who wasn't aware that there was a difference, sent out the old one.
Somewhere along the line, every aspect of swapping an old model for a new one was not carried out. Whether that is just updating the website, changing stock codes, removing outdated models from stock. A single small part of the process was overlooked.

True. Describing it as 'human falibilty' is a little more forgiving than 'incomptence'. 
Heck, there are certain... shops... where you could find a decent proxy, I'm sure.Shadow Queen

1_ drakh mothership. I bought a boxed set, and it is built and mostly painted, so I don't wanna send it back, so I can't really demand a refund, and the nice chap did give me some free destroyers at the time, which was very kind

The same thing happened to me. The answer I was told was "get them while you can." They have to clear out the old inventory before the new comes online. Both the old and new have the same number.
In my case I was pissed at first, but then realized I already had a few of the bigger ones so to keep things uniform I kept them and came to realize it was a good move to get them while I still could.

We still haven't had the technomage ships in yet. I'm not sure why ID would have them and not us but i'll get on the case to the metal work guys now. There is a delivery on it's way but that won't be with us until next week. I will email you as soon as I have them in my hands! I hope you can wait a little longer? ;-) Sorry if it's been ages.
