That software looks amazing. I was trying to see if there was a "free" try before you buy option but couldn't see it.

Is it as good as it looks ?

I bought it on the STEAM sales. It has a big learning curve but the basics are pretty easy to pick up.

I've downloaded a whole bunch of your work -- thanks for sharing it! Just out of interest, how long does it take you to generate a system in Universe Sandbox?

It varies. To make a basic one star system probably takes me 45 minutes to 1.30 depending on the number of moons. Over time I have built up a huge library of names for planets so that helps.

Atm I am updating a lot of my earliest work in the Spinward Marches. Fixing takes longer than making from scratch for some reason.

I then export the images into GIMP and add the text.
