Online resources for AoD

I have VAS and played it many times enjoying it immensely at our club. Now a guy there has bought AoD and tasked me to print out the fast play sheets and ship data sheets. Unfortunately unlike VAS there seems to be no online resources for this game even though it has been out since feb. Also I cannot contact the fellow as I don't have an email or phone number for him. It needs to be done before Wednesday. So my questions are:-

1. Is there a resource anywhere for the fast play sheets

2 does the game use the same style of ship Roster sheet provided for in the freedownloads.

3. There used to be a sheet for individual ships is this no longer available or does anyone know of an alternative.

Hope someone can help and if so thanks in advance for any forthcoming

Is there a online source for firing arc and turning templates.

I have the HB rules and can't see any way of copying templates without cutting them from book, or splitting the spine.

I also have the hardback book.

I photocopied the relevant page from the rules, and stuck the templates on to card
